Please Suggest OMH EVDO Handset Within Rs.5-7 K

I need a evdo handset with email and browsing capabilities and the option to use as a tethered modem. I want OMH set only as it would be used with MTS now (kolkata EVDO scheme) and in case MTS service is terminated it should be easily usable with other service providers.

Got a maximum budget of about 7000.

yes that is network locked... but you have plan to use with MTS.

You can go in for Samsung Galaxy Pop @ 8.5K but if your budget is on a shoestring, you can instead opt for like new/used Pop available in our Buy/Sell bazaar.
