kalpeshaparmar 66 Report post Posted February 29, 2012 Dear all, My cousin has been using BB 8530 official one since last few months now he has got himself a BB 9330 and transferred his number on it.... Now BB 8530 is not accepting the password which he had set for it... There were 5 attempts in all only last 1 is remaining... mickynagi 0 Report post Posted April 28, 2012 There is no way to backup ur contact when its is password locked bcoz everytime u connect it with bb desktop manager it ask for passcode ,only way to sort out this is to to wipe ur phone by entering all the wrong password and at last update ur phone.
