iPhone 4 CDMA Showing No Service After MEID Registration

Hi

I have iphone 4s from usa verzion, I got its meid registered on reliance from someone.

I gave him meid and spc of phone and in return he gave me a-key,

I inputed this key in phone and input new number by using *228.

Everything work fine for 30-40 minutes after that phone is showing NO SERVICE.

I tried

software update

re-enter a-key

manually entered prl by jailbreaking and accessing system folder.

but still no service...

plz tell me what i am doing wrong, already tried to contact with suppplier who did meid registration but he is not responding now <after getting money>

I am totally confused now ,already read number of posts but still not working for me.

I am ready to pay again to get this phone done bcoz i owned unlocking business and i got CDMA iphones in routine for registration but i never dealed with cdma phones before , this is first time I tried and get stucked.

process is simple Just Connect it to Itunes & activate the Iphone & it will have the Tower

No Magic or tough process required

I have same problem.

Unfortunately I delete all system contain carrier bundle.

What can I do now help me.

Is there any way to come back to my system folder.

meid registered can i use t for reliance.

bcoz i dial *228 it says your phone could not b activated but meid is registered. i check frm another reliance via GETSTAT.

help me if possible
