Maulik.Parekh 34 Report post Posted May 23, 2012 1GB is for 2 days in Rs. 98 Very useful for short term users .. is it valid when going roaming ?
Karthik R 246 Report post Posted May 23, 2012 The opening post and the title presents only half the information and creates the wrong impression that Reliance have turned a new leaf. Rs. 98 gives 1Gb 3G data usage for 2 Days only. The same 1Gb data for Rs. 153 comes with 7 days validity and If you shell out Rs. 255, it will hold good for 30 Days. Actually I was on the move in an auto-rikshaw when I read about it and posted the link. It was not possible for me to give the entire table by copying and pasting from telecomtalk.info as I was using my phone. Anybody could have the details from the post there. In that sense, my post was not baffling one and was not intending to mislead anybody.
Karthik R 246 Report post Posted May 23, 2012 ^ ^ ^ Thought so Just cleared up since offering 1Gb 3G data for Rs. 98 valid for supposedly 30 days is so "UnReliance".

amar_gr 0 Report post Posted May 30, 2012 If somebody can tell me where does one recharge with the Reliance's new 3G plan online. Reliance's site is yet to be updated, so is there a way online to recharge with the new plan? I am keen to try out the 1gb plan and have been searching online for the past 2 days. KanagaDeepan 1,084 Report post Posted May 31, 2012 (edited) Rs. 98 gives 1Gb 3G data usage for 2 Days only. The same 1Gb data for Rs. 153 comes with 7 days validity and If you shell out Rs. 255, it will hold good for 30 Days. Earlier I have to recharge for Rs225 to get 1GB--7days for my visit to CG... Now for that amount I will get 2GB, then... (Rs153--1GB_7days + Rs98--1GB_2Days) @Amar The new updated tariff is HERE Edited May 31, 2012 by KanagaDeepan
AmanJ 1 Report post Posted June 2, 2012 hi are these plans applicable for phones too, or only on 3g dongles? i had called on 31st to change 3g plan on my reliance 3g-gsm phone in delhi, and they said they are not aware of any such changes.
rajanmehta 4,056 Report post Posted June 2, 2012 ^ ^ ^ These plans are for phone too. Primarily for phones as a response to 3G data tariff cuts by all operators. Probably Reliance hasn't updated website so Kanaga might have put the updated dongle tariff link. See, generally the saying goes, "Left hand does not know what the right hand does" In case of Reliance, "The whole body does not know whether it did anything after actually doing it longtime back"! Selvamuthu Kumar 0 Report post Posted June 17, 2012 When it is available in TN? (with intra-circle roaming with 3g networks-if it is OK with TRAI-why not?) Eagerly awaited by Engineering students. Remember- TN is the only state to have largest number of Engineering Colleges including One IIT, one NIT, another NIT in Karaikal that is nearby Puduchery state. Definitely it will attract new customers.
