sougatadc 358 Report post Posted June 10, 2012 Are these recharge packs applicable to existing customers? Rs. 17 pack giving 1p/2sec for 6 months is attractive and data packs are good.
inception 75 Report post Posted June 10, 2012 data packs are good?? now 3G players offer 1GB@250 !! these data packs s**ks through out the core!
rajanmehta 4,056 Report post Posted June 10, 2012 (edited) @sougatadc Rs 17 is FRC (First Recharge Voucher), so i guess it will not be applicable to existing customers. And the phone does not have WiFi. Edited June 10, 2012 by rajanmehta
commonman 228 Report post Posted June 10, 2012 data packs are good?? now 3G players offer 1GB@250 !! these data packs s**ks through out the core! even 250 for 1 GB is high.MTNL now gives 1 GB for 125 (15 days validity), thats 2 GB for 250 /mth. and with free all india data roaming on BSNL network. sougatadc 358 Report post Posted June 10, 2012 @rajanmehta, thanks for the info. Regarding BSNL 3G at my place, it is so pathetic, one cannot fufil his minimum requirement of 3G internet usage. I think it is nothing uncommon all over the country. So even if MTNL 3G is not bad (I'm not sure about that), roaming on BSNL's 3G network will not be very pleasant except at very few pockets for sure. At my place, BSNL 3G is worse than 1X CDMA data offered by Tata or MTS (in my place it is EVDO, at the outskirts it offers 1X at a better and steady speed).
