reflash the ROM or get back to FI03 stock

are u using the stock battery or extended

ROM reload will prolly solve this.

and charge the battery fully and after that wipe the battery stats .

which rom u are running ?

wifi issue is a hot issue over at XDA as wellabout epic touch ICS roms.

i can say i havent had single issue with galaxy rom along with agats fi03 kernel ,

my suggestion

go back to stock fi03 rooted , and again start over

i went to fi03 rooted with complete wipe after getting sudden shutdown and restarting..

i have not installed agat kernal..

Wifi works fine one day .after 10 hours travelling i went to my house..

it is not detecting WIFI..hub..

i want your opinion whether i shoul go for fi25 leak..or ..

In both the batteries it is not work. Now my two batteries are also empty. the phone is not charging and not detecting by PC.

for Flashing FI03, reinstall the USB driver several times but same issue.

Dear Josh if it detect by other PC, then what should be the procedure to access the download mode.

1. Simultaneously Press and Hold [Power] and [VolDn] until a confirmation screen appears,

after that Press [VolUp] to enter Download mode

or

2. When the phone on, press the power key. select the restart option then select the Download option from the menu and hit ok.

I am sorry amit, but it seems that your charging port has gone bad.

I hope I am wrong but that's what it looks.

Try contacting the seller and see if there is any way out.

Dear Josh Thank you so much for it. it is OK you can go ahead with the new updated one.

from two days I am trying to go to the Samsung service center but the guy known to my friend he is absent.

but one thing today I am conforming that it is a fault of Port only. bcoz today when I am busy with my Epic, suddenly something coming out frequently and not let me do any thing.

Here I am posting the Images.

I think why this car mode is enable. this msg only comes after it fitted in the car dock only. Then I insert the Charger and adjust it slightly by thinking is there any thing loos there. then suddenly a beep sound is coming and the phone started charging and also detected by PC. But three days back it is not there. that time also I am checking this procedure. Now I think probably it is a fault of the port.

faulty ports may b because of humidity,if not physically damaged,just blow dry with a hair drier! sometimes it works!

Hey amit. Did u try changing data cables? Many times my s2 does not charge and I think port is gone. But when I change cable I realise the cable had gone bad.

Thanks Guys for the concern. Now my Device is ready for action again:)

Today I visited the Samsung Service Center. The guy there is very helping in nature. First he told me as it is a imported one if any software issue, then he won't help me. Then I request him it is hardware issue only. He just clean the Port with a forcep. Bingo it work like before. He hardly take 2 minutes only for fixing it. I think something like dust inside Port. For that only the problem comes.

Installation.

i am assuming the ones who are gonna flash this are already on Galaxy Rom with Fi03 kernel , or stock rooted Fi03

1.. backup your rom : make a nandroid , and also backup data nd apps with superbackup or mybackup root

2.. copy the above two files into your sd card

3.. turn phone off, boiot in recovery by pressing vol up + power button

4.. wipe cache , wipe dalvik - BUT DONT WIPE DATA , (yeah i didnt wipe data and it went well so suggesting same , if you get 8issues then you will have to wipe the data too)

5.. go to flash zip from sd card and flash the clean blue ROM

6.. once finished flash the FI27 radio in it

6.. plz mind you should be on FI03 agats kernel to enjoy the best effects

7.. reboot and come back here to thank me

tomorrow i will be linking all with stock rooted , unrooted stock FI27 rom

hi joshm....nice work again. I have one doubt. Will we lose evdo after updating a rom. Asking this because last time when i flashed the super galaxy rom i think i lost evdo speed and was getting only 1x speed. Thanks to Parin my evdo is up and running . I dont want to lose it again. So asking this before flashing my phone.

thats a first : i have flashed my fassy as well as epic numerous times now , havent seen nything like that TBH

if you ll ask me i ll say go ahead based on my experience

but would actually suggest you to wait and watch and then give it a go

btw how did u restore , that may give an idea of what might have happened.

also what made you losr 3G ? was it odining to \fi03 or flashing zip of galaxy

Actually im not sure how i lost evdo. its just a guess that it might be after flashing because i have read somewhere in the forum that a member had also lost evdo after ota update. Anyways i will be flashing my phone with FI25 today and see what'll happen.
