hiteshkkk1 327 Report post Posted December 6, 2012 Hitesh ji it won't I flashed this and everything is intact. Regards UPDATE : the Op himself confesses in the Sxtape forums Based on FK23 results it looks like the "Nodata" version is not toasting the internal USB memory so I'm removing that warning. If things don't play nice after trying this please consider the full version instead. Sent from the DAD of all S2s - The Epic Touch. Tried on 2 phones... Both internal storage got erased... Thanks I took backup... Others pls take due care...

joshm 818 Report post Posted December 12, 2012 (edited) Don't worry Remove cable from phone and do a battery pull to boot into your usual ROM. Install the drivers on your lappy and repeat. joshm 818 Report post Posted December 13, 2012 (edited) Update : there are a few custom Roms out as well fior this build , but as there is no easy route to get them installed , i am not foraying into it myself , ( kinna busy these days ) A couple of my pals had difficulty with the Fk23 giving them force closes , usually that can be fixed by wiping cache and dalvik, but as we dont have a safe recovery on these atm i would advise them to backup all data on external SD card and flash the stock rooted Restore file - this will wipe all data on the phone here is the download link for Stock rooted , data wipe version of FK23 http://d-h.st/SK3 OR http://rwilco12.andr...ted_Restore.exe here is the MD5 : 4cce6ffec3fabe86983966a42fa120e6 ALSO FL04 latest JB leak will be out soon atm only the kernel and modem are up for flashing SEXTAPE is yet to get permissions to post the full build as and when one clicks will be out will post , but TBH the build still has the same issues as were there in FK23 ( yupp there were issues in that ;P ) as Rwilco sais Internal Storage still wiped... A few system apps come as 4.1.2 but you are immediately prompted to update to 4.2.1 from the Play Store! Connections Optimizer still defaults to on. these are nothing important , and doesnt affect the functioning at all. joshm 818 Report post Posted December 17, 2012 (edited) Ok yesterday i flashed my phone like 20 times , just to try out a couple of custom roms. But in the end i had to go back to stock debloat it personally and then apply a de-bloating script install spare parts to get faster windows animations and transitions. see i liked kobridge's rom based on FL04 , but i was not able to get the settings in spare parts to hold so unlocking of the screen was dead slow , and i hated it so all in all FL04 or FK23 stock are still the best. lets wait for a few more days to first get a official OTA and after that custom roms based on it. Plz note : i feel custom roms based on leaks arent that great options , once let official OTA come then the roms based off of it would be far better. joshm 818 Report post Posted December 24, 2012 (edited) FL16 Another Epic Touch leak is out FL16 is being touted as the most stable , smooth and battery friendly build thus far. here is the link to NO data , rooted version , just flash as usual , it wont disturb your data and wont touch ur internal usb storage as well FL16_No.DATA.Restore.One.Click (md5: 9e4d2ca48b819950a7678da1d1d0edfb) If you get force closes and random reboots then this means the previous data is creating problems , in that case you should backup your data with mybackup root and flash the following full restore file to get to pure stock and full data wipe FL16_rooted_full_restore_One.Click Edited December 28, 2012 by joshm
