rajanmehta 4,056 Report post Posted October 6, 2012 Samsung Galaxy S DUOS is one option but won't really suggest it because of outdated old MSM7227A processor and even older adreno 200 graphics. Not worth 17K asking price. Look around for many latest launches from indian brands like Micromax, iBall, Spice. Lot of choices like IPS/AMOLED Screens, PowerVR Graphics, 4" to 5" display. Most will come between Rs 9,000 to Rs 14,000.
silent_god 121 Report post Posted October 6, 2012 Thanks Is S2 DUOS available in GSM+GSM , I have CDMA plan but thinking of moving to GSM Also S2 DUOS is not available in India Hello friends, Please suggest a good dual sim phone with these specs Good Camera 8 MP , Touch Screen, DUAL SIM GSM , 4" screen . Does Samsung S II released in DUAL GSM SIM ? There are two other options, meeting above spec requirement. HTC incredible 2 & HTC evo design. Both Gsm + CDMA & 4" screen, and inc2 is with 8 mp. with some rom modification inc2, can be made to work with any cdma/gsm sim card. both will be available below 20k, here on forum & ebay.in as well. But, only one radio (either cdma / gsm) will be active at a time. There are some options available in motorola as well, but I don't have much information as of now. btw, it was surprising to know SII is available in cdma/gsm version !! And this forum has yet to see it in buy/sell section. Any RS listening ?
joshm 818 Report post Posted October 6, 2012 Best option if you don't need dual active dual standby , would be either Motorola xpert at around 8.5k Or the monster I. Motorola photon which is available between 13 to 18 k depending upon the condition. Only one network will be working on them at any point of time. But both are very very solid if you have a liking to Motorola Sent from the DAD of all S2s - The Epic Touch.

astrokidvaibhav 37 Report post Posted January 2, 2013 Most phones nowadays have poor battery due to power consumption by android.. Add a dual sim function to it and you will be pulling your hair out due to the two radios using power continuously.. If you have constant access to a charging point then it would be a good idea.. Else you can also opt for an extended battery.. Sent from my SPH-D700 using Tapatalk
