I am looking for a Reliance CDMA keypad handset which has a very loud ringtone.

Budget max 8k.

Pls kindly suggest I need it for my grandparent who has a hearing problem...

I have given it to my aged relative a year back who has less hearing problem. He is happy.

Reasonablly loud ringtone, large keypad, clear voice, sturdy build & excellent battery life.

Mr Sadikk of cellwala was selling it for Reliance CDMA. No it does not support RUIM.
