Rahul Always 87 Report post Posted November 20, 2012 I think any good quality invertor with batteries would cost you in the range of 15-16K. There are many good quality invertors available in the market these days, most of them selling batteries under their own labels too. Microteck, Sukam, Amaron, Luminous etc. The list is endless. Another option for you would be to buy the inverter and batteries separately. That way, you dont get bound by the quality of batteries supplied by the inverter company. Exide and Amaron are good options. Regards Rahul

Deepak Shankar 79 Report post Posted November 20, 2012 Here people are suggesting what brand to go for I would say stay away from Su Kam pretty bad experience.Purchased a 650 VA Inverter from with their own brand of battery in 2010 and got the battery replaced in March this year even replaced battery doesnt last more than an hour and when I contact Sukam they say sorry sir battery warranty is over we cant help you when asked why doesnt your battery last even 8 months all they say is could be some problem with the battery maybe a cell got weak but since its out of warranty we cant help.So kindly stay away from Sukam go for Microtek or any other with Exide Tubular batteries.Heard even Usha is good.
