ttm 0 Report post Posted April 11, 2005 Hi all, I have a LG RD 5130 color handset and I am not able to set a ring tone or a sound for my incoming SMS. Because of this, I don't get to know a incoming SMS as soon as it arrives and this creates lot of problems for me. Is there a way to set a ring tone or some other sound for my LG 5130 set? kindman24 0 Report post Posted August 6, 2005 i will tell u 1> menu---profiles--general (set it) 2>again menu--profiles-general--options--edit--messagealert(6key)-- alert type ----ring**** (dont take beep) alerttone --set a good tone set ur ringer volume some what high send a sms to ur phone u can now surely hear the alert sound Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
