You grant the wish of the person above you in a weird, funny, or otherwise obscure way, and then make your own wish. Simple as that. Example: "I wish I had a new phone" "Granted, but it's a Micromax phone that over heats and freezes. I wish I had a pony." "Granted. Now there's a tiny pony living comfortably in your colon.
