rajivunique 6 Report post Posted February 7, 2013 Hello Friends. I have a RGSM prepaid connection which is barred and the reason CC says that I need to re-submit my docs. I am tired of doing the same and this is the 3rd time happening for the same no. When I ask why my docs haven't reached them and w/o my docs being verified how did they activate the connection, they have no proper answer. Also the retailer where I got the connection doesn't have anything to say other than asking to re-submit the docs, upon asking that I will give the same docs then it will be barred again, no answer. I want to know if there is a way to use the balance available on my this no. I don't want to use this no. anymore at the cost of this much hassle.
