dnyanu11 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2013 I have got USC note 2 .need support for evdo activation Today transfered mdn frm ma evo lte to note 2 1) Phone is activated. 2) PRL 10005 is flashed using Cdma Workshop. 3) 1x data is working fine. But no Evdo. 4)all evdo parameters are correct as suggested by parin. My phone settings are as follows. 1)Baseband-R950VXAME2 2)Build number-JZO54K.R950VXAME2 3)Android -4.1.2 4)Under mobile network –Mobile data & Data roaming both ticked. I know it a basic, but many times, we forget this basic out of excitement. I will suggest to request Reliance activate EVDO again. I had to do the same when I changed to Note 2. axiom 5 Report post Posted December 12, 2013 dial *228,,,,,1 (to insert commas , long press *) it should ask u to enter 9 digit pin if you phone is fully activated. if it says "your phone could not be acivated" your OTAF status is 4 which shoud be 3. joshm 818 Report post Posted December 12, 2013 (edited) You need to get evdo transferred Get it de activated now and after 24 hrs give request for reactivation All will be well. This is a well known issue, so the way around is give request for evdo deactivation and then re activation. Dnyaneshwar Patekar 5 Report post Posted December 20, 2013 Hello everyone, I facing weird incoming calls issue with Note 2 r950. i have got my note 2 10 days back ...it is activated for reliance and everything like voice ...evdo all working. But in last 10 days i observed some weird issue. whenever somebody dials my number ....Most of the time u get it is not reachable...not available...switched off status ...even though phone is up with full network coverage at that time ....... Some time call gets through with first dial ...otherwise person have to try at least a 5-10 times to reach me . Is it know issue ???? Any solution for it phone is running on ME 2 modem MK3 ROM provided by joshm here in this thread . it is having USC sim In it as well . Since past 1 week I have been using pure vanilla, I mean CYanogen mod most stable version, and it's really so awesome, battery consumption is so low and its smooth as hell. No bloat whatsoever and there are so many practical options in it. If anyone wants I can upload the rom, gasps and compatible Cwm to flash it. Once the flash of recovery finishes , go to reboot option in main menu and hit reboot in recovery This will reboot phone straight into CWM touch recovery 6.. wipe , cache , wipe dalvik, and then wip data or factory reset while in CWM Touch recovery 7.. flash the ROM first ( use the flash zip from sd card or external sd card option ) 8.. after that flash the GAPPS file. REBOOT THE PHONE AND LET IT BOOT COMPLETELY , CHK EVERYTHING IF ALL IS WORKING WELL 9.. If you want to convert your messaging app into darker black shade then reboot into recovery and flash the dark messaging zip file. enjoy !! IF YOU ARENT HAPPY or may be want to get back to your backup the follow these steps 1.. Reboot into CWM recovery , and make a backup ( if in future you may feel like moving back to your CM backup - but plz mind you should be on CWM recovery to restore CWM recovery nandroid backups ) 2.. stay on the recovery and find the TWRP recovery zip and flash it OR reboot phone in download mode and flash the ODIN Tar of TWRP recovery and reboot in recovery 3.. once done reboot again in recovery and this will boot phone in TWRP recovery 4.. restore your previous ROMs backup using your latest TWRP Have Fun , Dont foregt to Hit Thanks Plz note : flashing , rooting might brick your phone so We are not responssible if your phone is rendered as a heavy weight paperweight or it explodes in your face.
