Motorola Electrify getting switched off automatically

Hi friends, I am moto electrify user. Since last few weeks I am facing auto switch off issue. Phone get switch off automatically when unused. Everytime , I need to battery pull and then switch on.

One thing I have observed that it does not switch off when on gsm network. Mine is programmed for Rcdma. Please help to sort out the issue.

Do a factory reset after backing up all data. Had similar problems in my Photon 4G initially.

Be careful while doing factory reset, save all your private data.
