Thanks for reply, my number had evdo activated. I am intermittently seeing 3G (in place of 1X) on the top panel near the network bars.

No clue how many series. I had two.

FOr those who need it, I got my card from Rel Web WOrld on DP Road, Pune 411001. Yes, I have already taken a spare one. You never know if your card gets corrupt.

no , its not gsm, in this mobile EVDO shows 3G.

If you have taken new sim, need to activate evdo again.

razr m shows 3G in bar for 3G GSM & EVdo CDMA .

I am using Droid Razr M(xt907) unlocked Handset for Reliance CDMA network.After updating to kitkat I am unable to use Data(1x or Evdo[3G]) on my mobile.i transferred my mobile number on new Micro SIM(RECRUC06 series) & activated EVDO,but Data is not working.

I downgraded firmware to Jelly Bean but still Data is not working.Can you share APN settings on Jelly Bean..

Yes Add APN option is there but I think for for Droid razr m default settings is used for CDMA Network. Also I want to know for 1x or EVDO(3G) network type & strength depend upon your Mobile or SIM Card or BTS tower?

Than add it username: net

Password: net use it.

Also if u use add apn manually than tethering used by default

if you are on 4.1.2 you dont need to save the apn, data works itself. If u r on 4.4 then u need to have the latest series sim card , it starts with REC06

if the 3G icon is glowing then data is active if it is greyed out then 3G is inactive. try to manually enter APN settings and then try.

3g icon is not glowing and it is greyed and I found that there is no apn and tried to create new apn and when it is saved it is not being saved. Help is appreciated.
