In fascinate I am facing the issue described in OP whereas in samsung metro tv using omh sim I am not facing any such issue.. Recently had been to other districts of Andhra Pradesh, where I faced the similar problem. Earlier had noticed this problem in Nagpur and Mangalore... (Stock rom does show D but wifi does not work) so I never come to know smsed me.. big issue for me. Guys please come up with screen shots if you can or at-least report where you face this issue & where you don't with Handset model. I shall take this issue high up with Tata. However, I never faced the 0=D problem. Chinese ROM on Incredible 2 has inbuilt option for SMS delivery report. For other phones most custom ROM have option for sms delivery report. It is mess with me as most of my contact are outside delhi and 0 is prefixed in contact list.
