Registered my CDMA postpaid and got instant OTP. working well. but plan showing old rates, instead of the new rates applicable from 1st May. Got 2 more CDMA and 1 GSM connection. Whole list of packs activated and available, recharge options and most important, putting new service requests and tracking them. The new UI layout is good. App is updated on 12th September 2013. ::: VA ::: 531 Report post Posted September 17, 2013 these CC guys are definitely high on something. yesterday on this live chat the representative insisted my pack is valid only for 30 days. (STV27) today again i logged in that chat and just asked my current call rate pack and its validity. he says its till 15-12-2013 which is 90 days. (same as insta care app mentioned) but now he tells me my call rate is 1p/sec for first 60 sec. there after Rs.1 per 3 minutes. they are definitely driving me crazy with different information every time. I did chat with cc executive and he said only calling in cc can have data balance. Now I like to know is any other tool available to know data balance in cdma.
