Two things wanted to know,every incoming call shows Russia along with the name and number,how to remove that. thackervijay 16 Report post Posted February 21, 2013 did that, and my issue as far as messages on whattsapp are concerned now its resolved after doing this manually,changing location to kolkatta,but every incoming call still shows different countries name along with callers details,any help for that. Vishal and Vinod thankyou for your feedbacks and help, one more thing if you could help, as told earlier, not able to solve this different country names thats coming along with all incoming and out going calls with callers name and numbers,any inputs for the same. How can i change the international dialer code in S3,if there is something there which can solve this as what hetalji told,but unable to find that option in phone settings. Change permissions to R/W, press and hold build.prop file, under menu use text editor to open it. Go to last line and add these two lines ro.config.hwft_MatchNum=7 ro.config.hwft_MatchNumShort=7 Save and exit. Reboot your phone. Try this and let us know if it helped. Then with help of hetalji, got the second one solved as well Into settings applications, all apps have to dissable City Id app which is there with blue icon,and countries names gets disabled along. Coincidently i found that i am not able to add the rimweb account in my tapatalk. I believe this is coz of some locations which i had done. Now what i want to know is will the GSM verison of this phone (I9300) fit the display of the Sprint version of this phone? The touch works fine. It is just the glass that has broken. Will the display of the GSM Version I9300 fit SPH L710 version. Cause I can get the screen only for the I9300 over here. Any help appreciated.
