I recently got a GS3 from parin bhai, EVDO is activated on My number since I used GNS4G, but after that when the number was transferred onto GS3, i have the worst data speeds at times my phone shows EVDO and at times 1xRTT, i am unable to understand what is the real issue!..... any solution ??? but all my other phones using EVDO have excellent speed except GS3... Now what i want to know is will the GSM verison of this phone (I9300) fit the display of the Sprint version of this phone? The touch works fine. It is just the glass that has broken. Will the display of the GSM Version I9300 fit SPH L710 version. Cause I can get the screen only for the I9300 over here. Any help appreciated. So far, none of them got through with screen replacement in India... I had to either get the LCD for them or had to sent to Samsung U.S. In India, all the customers of mine got the same reply that the LCD is different & were returned the phone without screen replacement.. I tried going deep into this matter with a local repair guy.. Got all the variants, Sprint, Verizon, Us Cellular & i9300 open.. Guess what - found that all are having the same LCD - catch is the frame... They are not same... If the service center which manages to detach & get the same frame attached to new LCD - i think u can get it replaced with any S3 LCD - @ Kunal - That might be the case with you ... so guys - get in touch with same service center where Kunal got it done.. Bcoz getting LCD panel from anywhere else is hugely expensive. Its arnd USD 175 to USD 240 for diff models - Verizon at upper band. Hope this to clear confusion which many had and many will have but wish no one should not have.. (No cracks) but.. honi ko kaun tal sakta hai...... But sir I'm actually satisfied with the repair done working absolutely flawless... As far as I know he simply replaced the LCD without any modification...
