Tushar 0 Report post Posted April 27, 2004 Invision Board can be downloaded from www.invisionboard.com Is this software free or just a demo version or something working only for 30 days (I mean the download link that you gave). The version that we are using is it registered and who is hosting it as of now.
city02 63 Report post Posted April 28, 2004 I checked - its a demo version for 30 days. The full version is for US$200 or about Rs. 9,000. Since its a one time cost, its OK with me but does anyone know of the cheapest way to host a site?

city02 63 Report post Posted April 29, 2004 No other topic will as interesting as reliance india phones... Buddy, you must have quite a boring life if this is the most interesting thing in it! Go out and get a hobby (or a girlfriend or BOTH)! Here are some of my other interests as a guide: Cars (and I mean REAL ones not the local overpriced/underperforming crap sold here!) PC Gaming Pool/Snooker Roller coaster rides (looping metal ones, suspended, standing, etc) F1 & NASCAR Golf (Hey - I like it) and other stuff I can't even mention here!! city02 63 Report post Posted April 30, 2004 (edited) He may be talking about pocket GOLF. Nope since that would have qualified as an 'unmentionable'! I mean the real thing (my handicap s**ks though). I like those too actually I LOVE POOL F1 CARS AND A coaster ride and MOST AMAZIN R PC GAMES CS UT2003 NFS, etc but not the last 1 I've actually never played golf. Its such a coincidence I like all u listed above. Yup, I love racing games also: NFS NASCAR 2003 EA F1 2002 (why is there no 2004? i want the two new tracks!) Carmageddon Destruction Derby BMW M3 challenge (an F1 mod) anything else that involves high speeds and spectacular crashes! I have done over 1,800 laps in F1 so far. Needless to say I play for Ferrari and race as Barichello so Schumi can win while I get busy smashing up the rest of the competitors. Hey I even wrote reviews on those games for mouthshut.com If anyone wants to learn golf, I could teach ya. We can use my clubs & balls (pun unintended Greens!). You will have to be available near Thane on Sundays. Golden Swan Country Club has a tiny 4 hole beginner course which is mostly empty. stuff tht u cant even mention? huh? does tht mean, it would embarrasing or would it be something tht we wudn't even be able to understand it! Anyways... reading ur interests n the way u mention here, u seem to be some big daddy out here! wht do u do buddy? working for someone or r a boss urself? Yes, yes, no. Yes, no comment, yes, yes. Lets just say I'm a big fish in a small pond ... Edited April 30, 2004 by Chirag

Arun 795 Report post Posted May 6, 2004 (edited) I'm really enjoying posting to this forum and would love to know what software you use to make this. How much would it cost for someone to set up a forum on another topic (e.g., cars)? I would like to keep the same interface/design since its pretty good. Its easy to start and maintain a forum. Invision Power Board is free, if you want to remove the copyright information, you've to pay though. You will need PHP running in your server and a Database, preferably MySQL. If you need Web Hosting, you can surely contact me for help. Hi there, Varun Here.I am a Win32 & PHP Programmer and CEO of Kayako Web Solutions a CRM Software company. Seems, Lots of Professional guys are here Yeah, Kayako's eSupport script is one of the best HelpDesk softwares ever. Welcome abroad Varun. Nice suggestion, but won't such contacts make this forum 'biased' towards Reliance ? In my opinion, the forum should remain independant.
