huaweitrick 22 Report post Posted July 20, 2013 how to reduce going balance negative in tata indicom cdma tata indicom cdma customer always balance goes negative while surfing internet due to their technical problem... 1) in tata indicom cdma there software would not able to find what the customer is using evdo serivce or 1 X internet 2) rember your auto renewal period ( means when u activated your internet) 3) all plans are autorenwal 4) 94 rs 4.5 gb plan also give u evdo speed while using username - MEID@omh.ttsl.in password - internet 5) suppose u have actived internet on 1 january rs 94 which validity is of 1 month.....VALIDITY end on 31 january ..meanwhile your mb finished........15 JANUARY 6) customer again active internet by sending DB95 TO 58265 ( 15 january) ,but plan u have activated on 1 january there software count your autorenewal period from 1 january not from 15 january..... 7) while on tata site your validity will shown from 15 january to 15 february..... customer think my plan will end on 15 feb... but your autorenewal period 1 january after 30 days and on 1 february your plan will auto activate whether u have main account balance or not... 8) when u surf internet on 1 feb i m 100 % sure your balance goes negative......so check out your autorenewal period .. second think when balance goes negative 1 ) u have some mb remaining in your account 400 to 500 mb ... in tata remaining mb will update around 2 to 4 hours after using internet .. 2) so will going using your internet ...u thing your mb is remaining but after 4 or 5 hours when there system update it shows u have used internet without balance and they charge rs 10 per mb 3) so when in your account 400 to 500 mb remaining send msg UNSUB95 TO 58265 AND ACTIVATE OTHER PLAN .... WHICH U WANT 4) REMAINING MB CHECK DP BAL T O12524 SO KEEP USING EVDO IN TATA @ RS 95 =4.5 GB ......BUT KEEP NOTICE YOUR AUTORENEWAL PERIOD . 7 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

inception 75 Report post Posted July 21, 2013 From my xp: 1. STV95 or others packs will give EVDO speed, provided you have EVDO enabled devices and a OMH RUIM of Tata Docomo CDMA/Tata Indicom 2. Don't try to activate this pack using your main account balance via Tata Docomo recharge portal. The amount will be deducted, but no data will be given. But complaining to CC will help you to get back the amount. So always recharge these packs from retailers or websites like paytm etc. 3. Post-bundled usage charge is high - check your data balance regularly. Send DP BAL to 12524 to get the remaining balance. The sms does not show the validity period, so try to note it down while recharging or keep the recharge successful message to check easily. 4. Suppose you have 5 MB data balance, and you connect to net to recharge another STV95. As soon as your recharge is done, your previous 5MB gets wasted and for the few KB your main account balance will be charged. 5. After taking all precautions there are chances you got negative balance. The IVVR does not tell you about negative balance. It says zero. But you can see your EVDO access is now blocked, only 1x. aalok 442 Report post Posted July 24, 2013 the mentioned combination works best for 2 or 3 Rs. 94/95 recharges and afterwards balance starts deducting from main (if available) or going negative.. This is my personal observation, and i may be wrong. Am no more a tata cdma user because bsnl evdo started working in my area with R-CDMA 94 pack (2 GB - 30 days) for backup. tapped from my phone..
