By doing this you may/maynot brick your phone, I take no responsibility if you brick your phone. This is not copied from any other forum, I did this with basic Android knowledge. Run Rom Toolbox Lite Select app manager, once the app manager finishes scanning, it will show majorities of the running processes. Look for System Update, click on it and select freeze. DONE, You will never get the "Activate your phone" notification. I have done this process to my phone. I don't have any problems till date.
