mywebid 21 Report post Posted April 28, 2005 Hi, I bought today LG 6130 prepaid from Reliance Web world at Rs. 6500 ( they said that the cost has been increased !!) . But I was surprised to find the date of manufacture as 10/2004 ( and same was the date of import) . Now I am very upset thinking that the battery life of about 7 months is wasted !! I went again to Reliance web world , but they said that as the sales of these phones in india is very less , you always find 6 - 8 month old stok and that the Li-ion battery does not looase life if unused. It life begin on usage only. Is this true ?? Please help me . I am very upset thinking this. Also the S/W version is 9 . should I upgrade the S/W or keep it as I am having no issues. Also can the flash be made permanently ON in case of emergency to use it as a torch ?? If yes how can it be done? When I turn ON the seeting to use flash it turns ON only for 1 second while clicking.
