[Root] Motorola XT912 Root Exploit for 4.1.2 JellyBean Only !

This method was discovered by Dan Rosenberg

Just tested by me on XT912 working on reliance that too in NV_Mode.

works perfectly without any issues....

just extract the below zip file and run the RUN.BAT with admin privilege

It will root and install busybox on 4.1.2.

but only works with Razr Maxx XT 912. and OS 4.1.2

Step by step ...

1) first reboot the phone (to kill all unwanted apps running)

2) after fully boot process is complete. turn on USB debugging from settings (you know where it is)

3) connect phone to pc ,

4) if drivers are not installed, then wait mostly they will get autoinstalled in windows 7 and above (or you can download from google)

5) after driver installation is finished. open the folder where you have unziped above RAZR_blade.zip

6) from razr_blade, look for RUN.BAT

7) right click on run.bat and select run an Administrator.

8) then just follow the on screen instructions (they are very clear) and complete the process of root

9) it will also install superSU and busybox ...

10) enjoy rooted XT912 on 4.1.2

for 4.0.4 you can use motochoper method.
