This time I spoke to them & they confirmed that if You give 'no complaint undertaking', they would fulfil the order. I've sent them a mail. Order date:Feb 17, deliver date : Feb 27/ - 10 days is not bad I say. I guess you just got lucky, did you had to call them and ask them to process the order? I had placed an order through GEB on 22nd, but they cancelled it. Another issue is that the seller in the US has restrictions set ie only one item per account and has also mentioned multiple orders to the same address may be cancelled.
