rajanmehta 4,056 Report post Posted January 11, 2014 HTC Desire 700 Specs >> http://www.htc.com/in/smartphones/htc-desire-700/ Rs 27,990 >> http://www.ebay.in/itm/BRAND-NEW-HTC-DESIRE-700-5-8-MP-CAM-ANDROID-QUAD-CORE-PROCESSOR-WIFI-3G-PHONE-/281238978982?pt=IN_Mobile_Phones&hash=item417b2641a6&_uhb=1#ht_5709wt_1031 Now whether to call it high end will depend on individual perception & needs but it's a less costly alternative to HTC One Dual SIM for a 5" CDMA+GSM phone with many software/hardware elements from HTC One like blinkfeed, Sense interface, HTC Boomsound Dual Front Speakers, HTC Imagechip BSI Camera incorporated.
st_7 138 Report post Posted January 11, 2014 ^^^ Looks like HTC for some reason applied its same principle of HTC One Dual Sim in HTC Desire 700, that is 3G works in only SIM Slot:1, so it may not fit the OP needs. So, request OP to note this before jumping on this. But I guess, it is very difficult to get a high end phones with dual sim(that too CDMA & GSM) & 3g on both sims. So, your best bet is to sacrifice data network on one of the network(either in GSM or CDMA) and use Desire 700 or HTC One dual(which is way high budget). st_7 138 Report post Posted January 11, 2014 Yes you can use Desire 700, but pls note that(as I've already mentioned in my previous post) only in one sim slot(slot: 1) 3G(EVDO or GSM 3g) will work the second sim is only 2G capable according to the official specifications on HTC website that Rajan ji provided link for. HTC One Dual also has same setup, if your budget permits then go for HTC One Dual(which may costs around 40-42k) or HTC Desire
::: VA ::: 531 Report post Posted January 13, 2014 HTC dual SIM phones are no exception. So far no manufacturers have come up with models that provide evdo/umts/hsda on both slots. In fact you can't turn on data on both Sims at same time either. So it makes sense to save cost on radios. Sent from my MB855 using Tapatalk
