I bought R SIM Air 2 which has Version 8.9 and i used it with my Vodafone Postpaid SIM which worked for 2 days and now no longer working. Even those 2 days, whenever i go to my office from home, it takes 5-10 minutes to again activate the phone and get the full signals. And now it is not at all working. Please help me on how to use this US Sprint iPhone 5C in India? Will we ever get official unlock for this? If not, what is the best solution for now? Thanks Murali Update to 7.1.1 If you are already on 7.1.1 then delete Setup.app, you will no more see activation screen. :-) ATM there is no official unlock for Sprint but in future there might be. JB it ---------------------------- Steps for unlocking Sprint 5s/c using Air2 / Mini2(v9.8) 1. Restore your iPhone through iTunes as a completely new device 2. Activate iPhone (preferably native sim card Sprint) 3. Make your JailBreak iOS 4. Before inserting the R-sim, go to "Settings" - "Cellular" and turn off all switches, including the "cellular data", "data roaming" and "3G". - Next Insert R-sim AIR2 and configure it by in the pop-up menu the following steps: «US SPR» - further model of your iPhone - more «iOS7.1.X». After this, remove the R-sim and put aside up to 13 points. 5. Run «Cydia» menu and install iFile iPhone: - this will make all the updates in Cydia (tab "Changes") - then go to the tab "Search" - recruit «iFile» - Press install - waiting for the completion of installation. 6. Run iFile icon menu iPhone 7. We pass on the directory: / System / Library / Carrier Bundles / iPhone 8. In the folder list, find «Sprint_CSIM_LTE_US.bundle» - Push the button «i» and rename the folder to «Sprint_CSIM_LTE_US_777.bundle» 9. Next on the list of folders find «CarrierLab.bundle» and rename it «Sprint_CSIM_LTE_US.bundle» 10. Close «iFile» and again run «Cydia»: turn to the tab "Source (Source)», click "Edit (Edit)» and «Add (Add)». Enter the address of repo: «www.isamteam.com», press "OK" and wait for the installation and restart Cydia. 11. We turn again to the tab "Source (Source)», select «SAMSIM & R-SIM Source» - more «All Packages» - choose «A: R-SIM iOS 7 5s/5C/5 ...» and install. 12. Reboot your iPhone 13. Insert the pre-configured R-sim (paragraph 3) and expect the appearance of the network. meetmurali 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2014 Hello Sprint iPhone 5C running on iOS 7.1.1 using R Sim Mini 2 Version 9.8 With Vodafone, signal looses after few minutes of phone goes into idle. When phone is active, Incoming / Outgoing Calls and SMS do Work without any issues. But problem is it looses signals once the phone goes idle. With Airtel Pre-paid, only Outgoing Call and Outgoing SMS works. No Incoming Call or SMS will work. But the signal is stable as anyhow incoming call will not work. Does any one here who really uses R SIM Mini 2 or Air2 using without any issues? Do you guys looses signal and run into activation problem whenever you go out (shipping mall / parking lots) where the signal is not available and when it comes back, it goes to activation mode?
