I was going to try 4.2.2 just to check its battery backup. So anyone know how do I completely stop automatic OTA downloads and not just notifications? I was rooted when got the phone (locked , yeah seller forgot to unlock it ) The I have unlocked it which was on ZV8 The n got OTA for ZVA & done it while I was on root. it went fine but lost root. Then next day got ZVC OTA which also went fine. Then rooted with ioroot25.. Also dn factory reset to make sure all bugs gone .. Now happily living on KK ... Rooted.. kuduku 24 Report post Posted June 28, 2014 (edited) I am not able to continue 2G in Roaming>GSM network . Even after i select 2G manually from the list , it shifts back to 3G after sometime . Any solution to it . I have a 3G plan but want to use only 2G most of time . Already tried Power toggles and Widgetsiod but dont work .
