Note only mobie phones, but most of the plastic itmes are either sold "as it is" or rebranded. I have seen most of the local so called manufacteres selling CFL bulbs here & most of them actually sell dumped items from China. The onlyl thing Indian about their product is the paper box, which contains the bulb. Few of them tactfully writes "Made in PRC" in order to fool customer who would like to shy away from China made product. Recently, during holid festival, therewere makeshift stalls in most of the places in my city were selling Chinese waterguns in all shapes / sizes & prices. Not a single indian piece to find. And if you find, you can never trust it. Surely this time few importers have purchased at not price of killos, but in price of tons & dumped in local indian market. I always thought they wanted to have a 'premium' brand with YU and that's why they created the separate branding.
