Create a USB bootable using Sardu or any other

http://www.sarducd.it/

http://4sysops.com/archives/build-a-bootable-windows-pe-3-0-usb-drive-with-rescue-tools-part-1/

then use this

http://4sysops.com/archives/free-ntpwedit-reset-windows-password/

it resets your password there are various utility in sardu itself

be careful in installing sardu it also installs bad addware so use waste machine.

I second chntpw, works almost every time.

Just remember to change directory into the correct folder before running it. (search for SAM inside windows folder and cd in the folder containing SAM).

If you have a problem making bootable pendrive for any of the above solutions, you can borrow one from me if you are passing through Bandra WEH any time.

If you are only worried about the data you can copy it by booting any live CD or even windows set up CD and pressing Alt F10 to get a shell then type explorer to copy data to any pendrive etc.

BTW, I once had a similar problem and discovered that the keyboard localization had changed to UK and instead of the symbols (in my password) it was typing something else.

You can check that by typing your password in the LOGIN box once (don't press enter, just type and see).

Thanks All.

Finally Today I got success to open my pc with my same old password.

As suggested by ami1, there was some Keyboard problem. I have selected the OnScreen keyboard and typed the same old password with the help of onscreen keyboard and the things got solved.

Now searching on Google for restoring many Key board setting to default.

Thanks all again for helping me out on my problem.

Regards,

Sadanand
