sujit_k 141 Report post Posted November 7, 2014 Dear All I need suggestion on this, my friend has a Reliance 3 (cdma hsd) data card that she no longer use. I want to take the device and use a different number in My name. Can this be done? I understand that ownership transfer can not be done as this is not a blood relation.
