tigerpic 0 Report post Posted May 13, 2005 I bought online an USB Data cable for my LG 2030 handset. It has GS-AC101 lg2030 printed on it.It is not the original datcable of LG. I am unable to install the driver for it. Also, I tried to connect pen drive to my PC (Win 98) , whiich is also not getting detected. It means I do not have a driver for the pen drive also. It prompts me 'new hardware forund' everytime I attach datacable or pen drive, but it cannot find any driver. Also, in my office (Win 2000), pen drive is detected and works, but not the datacable. What should be the driver for pen drive for an OS Win 98..? I need to crack first atleast the pen drive.. And what could be the reason for the datacable driver not being installed..? I have the latest RIM installer and the USB port and datacable are working fine also. Please help. and on RIM website it is given that one should have installed following: -1.Dial up Networking 1.3 2.Dial-up Adapter and TCP/IP protocol as part of Network configuration 3.Windows USB drivers 4.IE 5.5 or above HOw to go about pt 1 and 2 ..?
