dev_4_all 11 Report post Posted July 4, 2016 My sprint note 4 was working like a charm with Reliance CDMA After the CDMA closure I ported my number to airtel I am using the note 4 with GSM/UMTS setting. After one month using with GSM the phone has started freezing and hanging restarting which are typical to Samsung devices. Today it was not able to boot properly I don't know what to do know Can I factory reset the phone and if I do it will the unlocking process be done all over again I am totally clueless as I bought this phone on someone outside this forum and I doubt whether he will support me in the same Gurus please help and guide me my next step of action thanks Satish 9350067028 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
vahidmomin 66 Report post Posted July 4, 2016 hello every one I have the same probleme my phone was working just fin ,after the 6.0.1MM update I loste hotspot so I used the GalaxyTools app (but in the wrong way) now I have that message (Invalid sim card ) I 've flash 5.1.1 but nothing changed I can't use any sim card. I realy need some help guys (sorry for my bad english ) Root your phone by CF auto root method, Install first idone galaxy tools apk 3.08 After that install version 3.1.8 and update the apk restart the phone and unlock phone from galaxy tools apk. ssr 10 Report post Posted July 10, 2016 (edited) To Make the note 4 to work in GSM, Do I have to change "Ruim Config" in DFS to "GSM_1X" ? or just unlocking using galaxy tools is sufficient? I have already tried to change the network type to Automatic and also GSM in settings, but still getting invalid sim error. Tried same sim in other mobile and it works properly Re-unlocked and got the mobile network and able to call.
