RN3 India Version may support CDMA as per user reviews, but it is not official declaration. I told them that i had the offer of 3 months unlimited data handset bundle offer data, Customer care simply told there is no such pack active , the first month data was of your FRC , he said. Later from telecomtalk.info website i came to know that u need to recharge Rs. 50 for the next two months to continue getting the offer. That is the main terms &condition for getting the offer. I think you have not done any core talk time recharge after inserting your sim into holly 2 plus. I inserted my sim on 5th of march. Another 10 days to recharge Rs. 50 for continuing free offer. Yesterday i wrote a mail to : customercare@relianceada.com and got the below reply Dear Mr. Vicky, We have gone through your e-mail dated March 24, 2016 for your Reliance number and regret the inconvenience caused. Kindly note that as per offer, free data will be credited every month for 3 months from the date of activation in your account. Minimum recharge of Rs. 50/- has to be done to get the benefit from 2nd month onwards. Hence, we request you to recharge your account with Rs.50/- or more (talktime recharge) to continue avail data benefit. Further, if you have any concern, kindly write to us. Tauji 8 Report post Posted March 26, 2016 (edited) hi guys... RCDMA Free 90 days Unlimited internet has lots of terms and conditions. One of my friend encountered the same problem too. He came to know about it when his balance reached zero. He recharged with more than 250 ruppes during the month usage. As usual , reliance Customer care is useless as of eversince... So My Conclusion is... Apart from Mandatory 50 ruppes recharge every month, reliance will discontinue the offer even if u use that unlimited internet in another phone or in dongle... You are really lucky to get a response from customer care that network is down and wait for 2 hours.
