If you have certain Samsung devices you can just walk in with your documents and invitation number (you need to install jio app n click on get sim). It's new Samsung scheme. In Mumbai they have stiff competition with Vodafone, Airtel and also Jio - and seems they want to retain their CDMA Prepaid customers. Which model iPhone you are using? iPhone 6/6s/5SE and their plus variants only support volte.
