As per customer care, if you are prepaid user, you won't get anything! So, you are expected to raise this as an issue with the nodal officer. There are many here who have got this treatment from Reliance.

Shivprasad : This data balance is promotional data balance. RS: when i will get 10 GB 4G data? Shivprasad : As per the details the 10GB data offer is discontinued. Hence you will not get the benefit of 10GB data. RS: how come its discontinued? It was part of 93 rs recharge while migration. Shivprasad : I do understand your concern. As per the company policy the offer is discontinued.

Together we can change the attitude for taking RCDMA prepaid customers for granted.

KanagaDeepan 1,084 Report post Posted July 13, 2016 On 7/9/2016 at 6:06 PM, KanagaDeepan said: But NO 10GB 4G Data??? NOT expected.. I mean, we all know very well that RCom will screw their customers in some way or other, but NOT openly and that too in the beginning itself. At the max, I expected RCom to give away that 10GB as 1GB per month for 10 months or 2GB per month for 5 months to avoid port out from their pathetic network till RJio launch. But saying, "Hey fu(k off.. No 10GB free data for you" to their customers is hard to believe. Please confirm about your source... Few days back, I said its not expected that RCom may say "Hey FU(K OFF... NO 10GB free data for you" to their customers directly. But RCom proved that, they can do anything and said exactly the same to their customers now. The 10GB free data WAS REALLY A FOOLISH (as it will surely backfire them) UN-ETHICAL TRAP by RCom..
