Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk only if your card is valid for international use i.e. foreign currency payment. if the store accepts international card as billing address info has issues otherwise. if it doesnt match then payment doesnt go through. read payment policy where you decided to buy from for international card acceptance. Since Google doesn't expect a big difference in sale (in India) if it keep the price at par with US', they have just added the taxes and duties and never compromise their margin, at least during the launch.
