arunchand 0 Report post Posted May 24, 2005 hi, i got a new prepaid connection three days ago and tried connecting .(handset LG RD5130) datacable -LG and it says username and password is invalid.i called up reliance customer care and they told me that my registratioin form has not been updated. then i inquired the reliance webworld where i bought the handet and the datacard....and they told me that the server was down so that they cudn't process the form.i don't think so.. that was a genuine reason ...and i'm really upset with the way they answer my queries.can any one help me out with this issue plz. Arun 795 Report post Posted May 24, 2005 It looks as though you are not yet a 'verified' customer of Reliance yet as they haven't 'uploaded' your CAF to their system yet. I'm not sure whether they require the CAF to be registered before R-Connect can be activated as I guess Prepaid connections should be pre-activated with R-Connect.
