Happy Mittal 0 Report post Posted July 18, 2017 I am using a Reliance Jio Myfi device, everything is working fine apart from the fact that i am not able to send emails using Outlook 2007 for Microsoft office 2010 in windows, i can receive mails, but if i connect to other networks like Reliance, Airtel or cable i am able to send and receive emails but when i connect with JIO 4G i am not able to send emails. Task 'Mail id ' - Sending' reported error (0x80042109) : 'Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
commonman 228 Report post Posted July 22, 2017 (edited) some sites consider Jio as "non-secure" connection. So secure protocols do not work. I faced this problem many times with ICICI net banking site while connecting from Jio. But using RCom it worked without problem.
