dumb_man 0 Report post Posted June 6, 2005 In my office, 20 of us have recently bought LG RD 6130 mobiles as our company decided to shift all of us to Reliance. All of us have old GSM mobiles (mainly Nokia) with upto 400 phone numbers on them. Personally, my old mobile is a Nokia 6610i with 450 phone numbers on it. I have the DKU-5 cable, so I have a copy of the phone book on my home PC. Kindly advise us the best way to move the phonebook data from PC to the LG RD 6130 mobile phone. i.e Which cable ? Is the original the best ? Which drivers for the cable ? & Which software ? Thanks in advance for your time.
Arun 795 Report post Posted June 6, 2005 The best way to transfer your old numbers from a GSM handset's SIM to your Reliance handset is use the "Phone Book Transfer" feature in R-World. I'm not sure whether its available in 6130, but in 2030, you will find it in: More Services > Tools > PhBkTransfer First of al, you need to get in touch with Reliance Web World to get this done.
