I on vacation in a remote place in kerala where I'll be for another 3 months and normally use the internet using a BSNL Sancharnet Dialup account. I'm not able to get a renewal package because of unavailability of stock. I was wondering if someone could help me out by purchasing a Sancharnet Renewal Package on my behalf for which I would obviously pay for (in advance). I need a 100 hours package for which I will offer you a reward of 250 Rupees in addition to what it costs. If you can help me, please add me to your MSN Messenger contact list, jennifer.goon @ earthlink.net I will pay first and you can buy the renewal package after so this wont be a problem for you to trust me.Honest people only please!!! SexyGurl 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2005 oh .. sorry, i myself meant 100 hrs. but that's quite attractive ... reliance gives 1 GB download for Rs. 715 per month (including the serivce fee) --- (It's called freedom plan). Some one wanting to download 1 GB .. could surely download it in 100 hrs. One more info please .... does the 100 hr. limit has to be withing a month ... I keep getting them, btw ) You buy a RIM prepay card in kerala (say a 550 rupee card) .. or if you want to be more generous (a RIM 440 card + 199 card). Email the prepaid card numbers to someone on this forum, who needs to buy them. That guy will email you the sancharnet number (which will cost him 500). This way you avoid the bank draft and courier to send it etc. (As an additional measure of security, you could SMS the numbers to each other's mobile phones too). As a fellow member of RIMweb, I would have done it for you without the additional reward, but am in Mumbai, and we do not have BSNL here. SexyGurl 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2005 Jennifer: i came to know certain things from bsnl site .. but not very clear that 100 hrs. for 500 rupees is all inclusive charge (i.e. internet acess + telephone call charges) .. ... or do they charge for the telephone call (s) over and above the 500 rupees ? amitstg 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2005 No Rs. 500 is just the internet usage charges, apart from this u will have to give dialup charges that is around Rs 10 per hr in day and 4.80/hr in night. ya u can use this sancharnet card with on unlimited dialup usage plan too that is available for rs. 400 approx per month but requires a separate telephone connection (ad-on) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Reliance's freedom plan at 715 p.m. is much better, because no call charges.
