kagashe 1 Report post Posted July 9, 2005 Hi, Before buying GTran mobile instrument and use RConnect I was using KPPP dialer and connecting VSNL Dialup through landline. Today I tried to connect VSNL Dialup through KPPP and could not connect. The error was "Authentication failure". After running debug I found that, although, VSNL userid and password was correctly configured in KPPP the ppp interphase was still using the Mobile # as userid and password and hence I was getting "Authentication failure". I would like to know which config file needs to be modified for this. Another question is how to configure so that both the options (RConnect and Landline) remain available? kagashe Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
