Hi People,

Have u ever bought something costly from e portals like Ebay (formerly Bazee)?

How safe is it?

I am planning to buy a digicam but am afraid.

Also what happens if I win a bid on Bazee and decide against buying the item?

I mean is there any legal hassel?

I've bot a Cybershot for my friend on ebay (bazee), did not face any hassles... but I am not quite sure about the second part of the question.

Hi

I am a regular buyer from ebay(bazzee). My experience with them is fairly good. Of course I did have few bad experience too. Prefer buying COD or Pay & Pickup. Even if you don't take delivery of the item you won no legal action can be taken. ( you can give some excuses for not buying) They will blacklist you. But you can open a new ID.

regards

ebay.co.in's PaisaPay payment gateway is secure enough and they provide you with other fraud prevention features too. Read: http://pages.ebay.in/help/buy/payment.html

You are legally entitled to purchase the item if you win the auction as per the ToS of ebay.co.in
