NetSavvy 0 Report post Posted July 19, 2005 Hi Solanky You can access R-World and send SMS only and only if your net balance is greater than 0. No matter how much your validity is left, but you must have some balance. Few days ago I had a balance of Rs.25 but still was not able to send SMS or access R-World. On calling up CC I came to know that my pending balance was Rs.39 which was to deducted later when I recharge my account. So the effective balance was -14. So if your pending balance exceeds your existing balance (net balance becomes less than 0) then also you can't access R-World. I hope you got your answer. Bye n take care!
