basant_jp 0 Report post Posted August 3, 2005 August 03, 2005 13:15 IST Making an emotional exit from the Reliance Industries, in which he will continue to be a "large" shareholder, Anil Ambani on Wednesday sought "guidance and advice" from elder sibling Mukesh for his new corporate entity, while exuding confidence that RIL would scale even greater heights under his brother's leadership. "I leave the organisation with a heavy heart and deep abiding sense of personal loss...I will be one among you in my own individual capacity as a large shareholder of RIL," Anil said at the annual general meeting of the company, where he worked actively for 25 years before parting ways with Mukesh on the business front last month. Anil served as the vice chairman and managing director of RIL before resigning on June 18 following division of the group to settle a family row.
