Utsav 0 Report post Posted August 3, 2005 (edited) I'm having a strange problem with my Samsung SCH-N191 hasndset. Every time I try to download ringtones from R-World, it shows incompatibility or error messages. When I navigate to R-World>Ringtones>Cool Tunes... it gives a screen prompt, "This service is currently on free trial. Please press OK to continue" When I press OK, it takes me to a new screen offering 10 options (like Filmi Tunes, Hot N New, Voice Tune etc). after I choose a ringtone, it starts playing but when I try to save the tone the Alert prompt comes to say, "Unable to process request. You will not be billed for this event. Please try again. charge" I could not fathom what was the lonely word 'charge' doing there. Anyway, I cannot download from the RIM Tunes too. The software version I'm using in my phone is ---------------------------------- PRL: 1 S: N191.WB08 H: N191.51 ---------------------------------- It has never been upgraded since the purchase.
