TCP/IP 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2005 My sister in Bangalore needs to send me a laptop from there (I'm in kerala) but none of the courier companies she contacted allows it saying they don't ship electronics. I even asked BlueDart Express and they said none of the other courier companies will ship Electronics. Does it make sense? How did people on Bazee.com earlier used to ship electronic goods then? They have been handling computer shipments for HCL since long (that is one company I know off, there might be others too). I don't understand why other courier companies don't do so. I contacted even BlueDart Express and even they said nobody would ship electronics. That doesn't make any sense. amitstg 0 Report post Posted September 6, 2005 U can contact Blazeflash/DTDC/First Flight, I have been getting deliveries of computer systems and perepherals right from the company and distrubutors through these courier companies. infact i was never denied by any courier company about delivery of electronic items. TCP/IP 0 Report post Posted September 7, 2005 Yeah. It was originally shipped from the US to Bangalore by FedEx. I couldn't ship it directly here since FedEx does not have service in my area. After clearing it from the customs in bangalore, the agent said they can reship it by Pafex who are already partnered with FedEx so that seemed the most appropriate choice.
