9327024917 0 Report post Posted September 8, 2005 (edited) i had purchased samsung n-191 under dapo offer. it is 2.5 yrs old and presnely totally down. it worked for 2days after showing to service centre and aain down. (1)is the guarantee for 3 year for dapo offer? Chirag 5 Report post Posted September 9, 2005 Wid DAPO, u get a 1 yr warranty of ur handset and a 3yr Insurance. So if u have to get any repairs done, u need to pay the Service Center first and then u have to claim from the insurance company. most have seen that the insurance company is not paying up!! so if the repair is a big one like a PCB Change and can run in 1000s, then better file a FIR with Police and claim a lost phone under insurance and pay 1500 and get a brand new phone!!
