R-connect Problem With Reliance G-tran 4020

I have bought a new pc with the high configuration. I have tried the G-Trans 4020 handsed with windows 2000 and XP also but it is not working at all. After installation of the R-Connect Software when you click on dialer and put user id and password, and click on connect button, my machin eigther get restart or hang up immediately without any woring sign or messages. Please Help me. :'(

I think u taking this topic second time. First time, you answered by the Vishal in a jocking style. Because u ask question so happily.

BTW come to the Point:

First check the Following thing:

1. Ringht Click on your R Connect Connection Icon and Click on Properties. In new dialog box, Click on the Advance tab. Select the check box which u find here.

2. Click on Control Panel and Double click on Phone and Modem icon. Now click on Modems, Double click on GTRAN USB CDC Modems. In new window click on diagnoses tab and click on Query modem. And write down message which u are getting here if any.

If no message then try to uninstall the R Connect from your computer. For this do the following:

1. In Control Panel, remove your modem GTRAN USB CDC Modems.

2. open my computer, searche the program files foleder and in this folder search the R Connect folder. Delete this folder also.

restart your computer.

After this, install the R Connect Driver again by the CD which come with GTRAN!
